C$20.00Price
Quantity
  • WHAT'S INCLUDED

Make a beautiful, immune-supportive elderberry syrup at home with a kit intentionally blended with not just elderberries, but a full mix of herbs traditionally used for wellness and flavour.
Each kit yields 24–32 oz (750 ml–1 L) depending on simmer time and how much sweetener you add - perfect for both kids (ages 1+) and adults.

    What’s Inside

    (All dried & organic)

    • Elderberries

    • Rosehips

    • Echinacea

    • Lemon peel

    • Ginger root

    • Ceylon cinnamon

    • Whole cloves

    • Turmeric

    • Black pepper (helps activate turmeric)

Note: Herbs may appear whole, cut & sifted, or powdered depending on seasonal availability.

    What You’ll Need

    • Water

    • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)

    • Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth

    •

    How to Make Your Syrup

▶️ Step 1: Add the entire contents of the kit to a pot with 4 cups of water.
▶️ Step 2: Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 30–45 minutes, until the liquid reduces by about one-third.
▶️ Step 3: Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
▶️ Step 4: Allow to cool until just warm, then stir in your favourite local honey or maple syrup.

This blend creates a deeper flavour and more well-rounded herbal profile than simple elderberry-only kits.

    Storage (Before Use)

Store your kit in a cool, dry place.
Each kit comes packaged in a resealable, food-grade kraft pouch with a stand-up bottom and zip closure. All bags are heat-sealed to keep ingredients fresh.

    After Preparing

    • Keep finished syrup refrigerated

    • Shake well before each use

    • Suggested serving amounts are included inside the kit

    A Note About Texture

We call it “syrup,” but because it contains no thickeners or additives, the final consistency is naturally closer to a juice.
